TYPHOON DISASTER APPEAL
Once again, The Filipino Nurses Association of the United Kingdom (FNA-UK) is asking for your compassion and generosity on behalf of our fellow Filipinos who are victims of the recent typhoon Odette (Rai) in the Philippines. The extent of the damage is still being assessed, but over 400 people have died, over 80 are still missing, over 1100 are injured and in excess of 2 million people have been displaced or made homeless. Property and agriculture have incurred considerable damage. Amidst COVID19, typhoons are making people’s lives even more difficult. Please HELP us to help them. Any amount will make a big difference to the lives of many. Thank you so much for your act of kindness.
